The receptionist on the morning of March 27th was incredibly helpful, providing me with expert guidance and directions. Additionally, the lady at the restaurant was exceptionally friendly. These two staff members truly made my stay at the hotel delightful. From the doorman to the manager, the service provided was excellent. The staff members were all incredibly friendly, embodying a high standard of customer care. They made me feel like a local and ensured my comfort, even though it was my first time in Uganda. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, surpassing all my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the appetizing breakfast options. Harts Motel is the ideal place to stay in Kampala if you want to create lasting memories. The location is peaceful and it's easy to find a boda for transportation. It's conveniently located near the main town and other services in the area. Finally, during my extended stay, Brenda, who I now consider a close friend rather than just an employee, kindly allowed me to do a late check-out. I will miss the entire staff as they were the best I have ever encountered. I wish them continued success and encourage them to maintain their exemplary standards.
